NDRRMC: Death toll due to habagat, cyclones rises to 37

In its latest report at 6 a.m. on Thursday, July 31, the NDRRMC said that there are nine fatalities in Metro Manila, eight in Calabarzon, six in Western Visayas, three each in the Cordillera Administrative Region, Negros Island Region, and Northern Mindanao, two in Central Luzon, one each in Mimaropa, Davao Region and Caraga.
