FREDERICTON — Instead of focusing on health care, education and housing, New Brunswick's premier, Susan Holt, was forced, from her first year in power, to turn her attention to the effects of U.S. customs duties. "It's a hard blow that I don't think we've felt the full consequences, but it's coming," Holt told journalists on Monday at a press conference marking her government's first anniversary.
