N.B. Power argues Tantramar gas plant should be exempt from EUB review

In what has become largely a battle of accounting concepts N.B. Power formally made its application Wednesday for a ruling that the planned construction of a natural gas generating station in Tantramar should be exempt from review by the New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board.
