N.B. MP not saying if Liberal caucus should have Reform Act powers

OTTAWA • The New Brunswick MP who first publicly pushed for Justin Trudeau’s resignation, believing he was overstaying his welcome to the detriment of the Liberal party, isn’t outwardly calling on his colleagues to adopt Reform Act rules that would give caucus the power to trigger a leadership review of their new leader Mark Carney.
