Nanaimo RCMP says a warrant has been issued for a man who missed a court appearance for charges including assault with a weapon. BC Court Services Online shows that Eric Kivell, 25, was charged with one count of assault with a weapon and two counts of uttering threats in relation to an incident on Jan. 28, 2024.
