A 40-year-old Jerusalem resident was arrested after, according to the indictment, he set fire to cardboard boxes at the entrance to a lottery station and smashed the windows of four cars in Safed. He explained to police that he did this after a loudspeaker was stolen from him: "It's a measure for measure. My heart hurts - let them hurt too." He is also charged with damaging two vehicles in July.
