Thirteen months after the murder of Matisse, 15 years old, in the middle of the street in Châteauroux, begins this Monday, the trial of the main suspect. Detained since the facts, the 16-year-old is tried in camera, because of his minority in the children's court of Châteauroux. The first day of hearing is devoted to the study of his personality.
The trial began in camera this Monday morning a little more than a year after the facts.
For three days, the Châteauroux Criminal Child Court found Matisse's alleged murderer. The adolescent's family stabbed in April 2024 arrived at the hearing this Monday morning.
One year after the facts, the trial of the main suspect in the Matisse case will open on 26 May in the Châteauroux Children's Court. The 15-year-old boy was killed with a knife in the street.
