COMMUNICATE San Raymundo Jalpan, Oax., 13 July 2026.- With 29 votes in favor of the deputies of the LXVI Legislature of the local Congress, in Ordinary Session the opinion was approved with draft decree to add a second paragraph to article 56 of the Municipal Organic Law of the State and, with this, to integrate the Animal Protection Commission in the municipalities with a population of more than 100,000 inhabitants.
