HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) -- Multiple people are now without a home following a fire in Hampton Tuesday afternoon. According to officials, crews were called to the 700 block of S. Armistead Avenue at just before 4 p.m. for the report of a residential structure fire. When crews arrived, they found smoke coming from the third floor of the home.
