A wedding procession caused traffic disruption and nuisance in Vilvoorde, Grimbergen, and Meise on Saturday. During the incident, a motorcyclist fell while attempting a failed wheelie (riding diagonally upright on one wheel) and damaged the front bumper, fog light, and license plate of a passing car, after which he fled the scene.
