SOUTH KINGSTOWN, R.I. (WPRI) — A motorcyclist is facing charges after allegedly weaving in and out of traffic at 101 mph in South Kingstown. Paul Pereira Monteiro Jr., 32, of Lincoln, was seen speeding on Route 1 Thursday morning. Police said Pereira Monteiro Jr. later ditched his motorcycle at the Oliver Stedman Government Center and ran into the Wakefield DMV.
