Camels wrap up competition in Greenville

GREENVILLE, NC – The Camels were in action Friday and Saturday at the Bill Carson Invitational, hosted by East Carolina at the Bate Foundation Track and Field facility.

Winfield, Mathenge Lead Spartans at Bill Carson Invitational

Julian Ward and Jaycob Linsey each qualified for the 100-meter finals, with Ward finishing fifth (10.56) and Linsey placing sixth (10.53). Winfield also led the Spartans in the 200 meters, finishing fifth in 21.23, while Christopher Basking placed ninth in 21.48. Donovan Terry added a sixth-place finish in the 400 meters with a time of 49.84.
