Morgan Square's redesign plans up for discussion at next city council meeting

SPARTANBURG, S.C. -- Spartanburg City Council plans to host an open discussion to talk about plans for redesigning Morgan Square next week. Morgan Square is situated in the heart of downtown Spartanburg, surrounded by restaurants, local boutiques and occasional wildlife. Talks to redesign the square started in 2020, when a part of W.
