Germany plans to spend 3.5% of GDP on defence by 2029 Berlin, 23 Jun (dpa) – Germany’s Finance Minister Lars Klingbeil has plans for defence spending to reach 3.5% of gross domestic product (GDP) by 2029, as he learned today.
