Montenegro: Indictment for 13 people smuggling suspects

The Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) of Montenegro has submitted an indictment against 13 defendants to the Special Department of the High Court in Podgorica, due to the existence of reasonable suspicion that they committed the criminal offenses of creating a criminal organization and illegally crossing the state border and smuggling people.
