MONROE, CT --- A Monroe man is trying to reverse a $9,100 wire transfer after making an online purchase of an excavator from a company based in Iowa, according to a police complaint made Monday. The victim told police the delivery date was supposed to be on June 3, before being rescheduled to June 6.
