Mochi opens a permanent branch in Bolzano

Mochi never tires of reopening. After Itameshi in Vienna's Dogenhof, another restaurant is opening in South Tyrol in the spring: on the top floor of the Falkensteiner Hotel in Bolzano's Waltherpark, a project with a René Benko past.
