SAINT PAUL, Minn. – A bill introduced in the Minnesota Senate would require an emergency response plan in all schools to prevent deaths associated with cardiac arrest. Last session a bill was approved requiring the Department of Education to mirror plans at the state level in which schools could use if desired.
