Missouri man is free from prison after a judge overturned his 1991 conviction, despite AG’s efforts
A Missouri man was freed from prison after his murder conviction was overturned, following 34 years behind bars, despite the State Attorney General’s efforts to keep him incarcerated.
A St. Louis circuit judge ordered Dunn's immediate release on July 22 after ruling that new evidence showed his actual innocence.
Dunn's release is the second in weeks where a person was freed against Attorney General Andrew Bailey's appeals after a conviction was overturned.
