Former South Carolina pitcher commits to transfer to Mississippi State

Mississippi State added a transfer commitment on Saturday from right-handed sophomore pitcher Tyler Pitzer. A Pennsylvania product, Pitzer spent the first 2 seasons of his college career with South Carolina. He made 38 appearances with 8 starts for the Gamecocks during that time.
