The police requested the help of the citizenry this Monday to find the whereabouts of a teenager who disappeared on March 9, 2025 in Villa España residential, in San Juan. Rashell Díaz Ortiz, 16, was described as white complexion, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 140 pounds heavy, brown eyes and brown hair. She has a lock in her hair, white and blue, behind her left ear.
