Due to government negligence in Shahdol, Madhya Pradesh, a minor student was unable to appear for his examination. The incident relates to the display of black flags against Chief Minister Mohan Yadav. On February 8th, while the Chief Minister was on his way to a program in Dhanpuri, Congress workers displayed black flags. Police arrested three Congress workers and sent them to jail.
