Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)–A Gilbert woman is accused of stealing more than $10,000 from a vulnerable adult. According to the Attorney General’s Office, between May of 2024 and July of last year Gina Carnaggio took advantage of her power-of-attorney status and used money from the victim’s account for her personal benefit.
