Michel Vautrot, a former international football referee and living legend of Comtois sport, had been wearing a golden whistle since his teens as a medallion. He had been offered to him by his mother. He was assaulted at the exit of a restaurant in Saint-Vit, this Wednesday around 3 p.m., by an individual who was delighted to make a low hand on the jewel. The seven-year-old struggled to recover from it.
