Since 1992, we have had the same VAT rate on practically all goods. Maybe it is time to change that, so that fruit and vegetables become cheaper. Or so that all food simply becomes cheaper. It will cost a lot of money, and that is why it is not a proposal that we are putting forward today, but we are now starting to prepare that work.
