BELINGTON, W.Va. (WBOY) — A man has been charged after an alleged meth lab caught fire in Barbour County. On Jan. 23, deputies with the Barbour County Sheriff's Department responded to a report of a shed fire along Barbour County Highway just outside of the Belington, according to a criminal complaint.
