Men's golf tied for ninth through 36 holes at West Pines - Centre College Athletics

DOUGLASVILLE, Ga. - The Centre men's golf team played the first 36 holes of the West Pines Collegiate hosted by Oglethorpe. After a rough opening round, the Colonels played much better on their second trip through the course to move five spots up the leaderboard from 14th into a tie for ninth.

Averett University men's golf freshman Chase Myers shot 3-under in the second round to put him into a tie for fourth place after Monday's opening 36 rounds at the West Pines Invitational hosted by Oglethorpe University.
