Stephens County, a designated Purple Heart Community, took Memorial Day to remember the fallen and soldiers who are considered prisoners of war and/or missing in action.

Memorial Day services in Bolton

On Memorial Day, Monday May 26, the town held its annual Memorial Day observances. The public was invited to join the traveling caravan, starting from the Public Safety Building and visiting each cemetery in town.
