WEST SPRINGFIELD — Work on the Memorial Avenue reconstruction project is expected to resume Monday after a break for the Fourth of July holiday, according to an update posted by Mayor William Reichelt.Ludlow Construction is scheduled to begin reclamation of the final phase of Memorial Avenue, along with remaining road preparation work. Those activities are expected to take about two weeks.
