Former members of the FNV member parliament are rejecting a reform of the Netherlands' largest union and are appealing to the Supreme Court. They are challenging an earlier ruling by the Enterprise Chamber. At the end of last year, the Enterprise Chamber ruled that temporary supervisors Lodewijk Asscher and Ton Heerts were permitted to amend the FNV's articles of association on a one-time basis to avert a management crisis.
