Member of India's iconic Fab 5 inducted into ICC Hall of Fame
The Class of 2026 raises the Hall of Fame total to 125 members, with Anjum Chopra the only woman inductee.
- On Saturday, former India captains Sourav Ganguly and Anjum Chopra, along with former England skipper Kevin Pietersen, were inducted into the International Cricket Council Hall of Fame, joining cricket's most exclusive list of legends.
- Ganguly transformed the national team, finishing with 7,212 runs in 113 Tests and 11,363 runs in 311 ODIs. Chopra was the first Indian woman to play 100 ODIs, captaining India to an overseas Test win in South Africa in 2002.
- Pietersen was Player of the Tournament when England won the 2010 T20 World Cup. He produced a match-defining 158 in the final Test at The Oval, helping England regain the Ashes and finishing as the series leading run-scorer.
