This photo was taken from the footbridge in front of the University of Social Work, which was located where Harajuku Police Station is now, looking down Meiji Dori towards Jingumae intersection. The red building on the right was a large women's student hall called Togo Women's Hall. The Secom headquarters building now stands there. The reason it looks more curved than it is now is because it straightened out when the road was widened.
