Rebuilt British-Era Bridge In Mumbai Named After Operation Sindoor

Mumbai's Carnac bridge renamed after Op Sindoor, to be inaugurated on July 10

The bridge, officially titled the Sindoor (formerly Carnac) flyover, connects the eastern and western parts of South Mumbai and is located near Masjid Bunder Railway Station. It links PD Mello Road to key commercial zones.

The British-era bridge will be inaugurated by Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. The BMC said Deputy Chief Ministers Eknath Shinde and Ajit Pawar, Narwekar, and other senior leaders and civic officials will be present at the inauguration ceremony.
