Mega-Bassines: the majority split on the Duplomb bill

In response to the anger of a part of the agricultural world, the bill "Duplomb" stumbled upon its entry into the National Assembly. The article on the storage of water, accused of short-circuiting environmental rules, was deleted and replaced by a 10-year moratorium on megabasins.

In the Committee on Sustainable Development in the National Assembly, the proposal for a law "to remove constraints on the exercise of the occupation of farmer" has already been substantially revised.
