MDOT traffic advisory: Portion of I-55 to be closed Sunday in Lincoln County - Daily Leader

Part of Interstate 55 will be closed Sunday in Lincoln County. All northbound and southbound lanes near mile marker 25 — just south of the Montgomery Road overpass — will be closed for one hour, from 8 a.m. until 9 a.m., on Nov. 9. Cooperative Energy personnel will be pulling a transmission line across the interstate. Motorists should plan on an alternative route during that time.
