The Mazatlan International Carnival 2026, which will be named “Arriba la Tambora”, will be held from 12 to 17 February and projects an attendance of around 1.2 million people throughout its six days of activities, of which it is estimated that 92 thousand will be tourists. According to the organizers, the event will generate an economic spill of close to one hundred million pesos and a hotel occupation of 87 percent.
