Yuma Mayor Douglas Nicholls on Oct. 1 proclaimed Domestic Violence Awareness Month in the city, urging residents to raise awareness for victims of domestic violence and support Yuma’s various organizations that serve those victims.

LOGAN – During a short meeting of the Logan County Commission that lasted only 16 minutes on Monday, Oct. 6, commissioners voted to proclaim October as Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
