Matadi: diversion of more than $2 million for the rehabilitation of Lumumba Stadium

In a statement issued by the General Inspectorate of Finance (IGF) on 24 February 2025, the judicial police officer revealed that large sums of money for the rehabilitation of the Lumumba stadium in Matadi, demolished since 2011, had been diverted.
