An audit conducted by the Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Independent School District revealed that the teacher in charge of teaching electricity, Francisco Borrego, “unnecessarily ordered copper cables” for the past five years causing losses amounting to more than 322,000 dollars, comes from official documents of the Hidalgo County court.
