The owner of a Morris County massage business has been arrested and charged with promoting prostitution at his place of business on Route 46, authorities said Tuesday. Bumsuk Lee, 67, of Flushing, New York, operated an illicit shop called New Paradise Spa, located on Route 46 in the Kenvil neighborhood of Roxbury Township, the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office said.
