A Shrewsbury man has been released after he was charged in connection with enticing a child for sex, Sutton police said on Friday. Rizwan Baig, 45, was charged with sexual conduct for a fee with a child, enticement of a child under 16 and attempt to commit a crime (attempted rape of a child), the Sutton Police Department said in a statement.
