HUMBOLDT, Tenn.—We visit a local business in Humboldt for their grand re-opening this weekend. The Market Shoppes at Three Way paused sales, had light refreshments and cut the ribbon on their store. Friends, family, and even the Humboldt Chamber gathered to congratulate store owner, Kari Bailey.
