Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the Supreme Federal Court (STF), decided to maintain the preventive prisons of Domingos Brazão and Rivaldo Barbosa, responsible for the murder of verator Marielle Franco and motorist Anderson Gomes, committed in March 2018. Domingos Brazão, Counsellor of the State Court of Rio de Janeiro (TCE-RJ), is a brother of the married Member of Chiquinho Brazão, with whom he is responsible for being a criminal commander.
