Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of The Reserve Mansfield – Lot 2, a newly constructed, 7,009-square-foot retail center in Mansfield, Texas. Philip Levy, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of Clay Pickering with The Retail Connection and Sergio Santiago with P5 CRE Group procured the private buyer. The property is located at 2411 E. Broad St. Built in 2025, the retail center is fully leased to Beans & Brews, Grain & Berry and Rotolo’s Pizzeria, each on new 10-year, triple-net leases with scheduled rent increases. The 1.03-acre property is located along East Broad Street, a primary retail corridor in Mansfield, and directly across from The Canals at Mansfield mixed-use development. The buyer plans to hold the property as a long-term investment.
