MANCHESTER, Conn. (WTNH) — A Manchester man was arrested on Sunday after police say he had an arrest warrant stemming from a pursuit incident in February, police said. On Sunday, 04/13/2025, at approximately 6:40 AM, the Wethersfield Police Department contacted Troop C - Tolland and advised that they had Jaylenn Baez (DOB 06/11/1995), of Manchester, in custody.
