A local man is a little richer after winning a giveaway at a Sarnia dealership. To mark the 25th anniversary of Dave Bailey's ownership of Park Lane Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC, the dealership gave away $25,000 in a draw on Friday, June 27.
