WILLIAMSPORT — A former securities broker who admitted converting $5.7 million from the hourly employee pension plan of a Centre County business for personal use must pay the firm $3 million.U.S. Middle District Judge Matthew W. Brann on Tuesday ordered John Sherman Jumper, 59, to pay Snow Shoe Refractories of Clarence a total of $2,000,023 in damages plus $1,090,013 in prejudgment interest from the date of the last conversion in February 2016.
