Man who set fires at Siksika First Nation to remain behind bars on new arson charges while seeking a lawyer

Summary by Ground News
Philip John Strange will remain behind bars for at least another week while he looks for a lawyer. His old counsel was allowed to withdraw from the record because of a breakdown in the solicitor/client relationship. Justice Karen Crowshoe rejected Strange's claim setting the fires was necessary because he wanted to create smoke signals to get help.
