Man wearing black ski mask, hat destructive in mart, steals e-cigarettes

An employee at a mini-mart called 911 after a man in a ski mask came to the front counter and not only was destructive, but also stole items from the counter. The incident took place at about 9:30 p.m. on July 10 at a Quick Mart, 4407 Fort Street.
