Heavy law enforcement activity is underway in a Granite Bay neighborhood Monday morning for that authorities are describing as “suspicious circumstances.” According to the Placer County Sheriff’s Departments, it was shortly after 8 a.m. that 911 dispatchers received a call reporting suspicious circumstances at a home in the area of Lou Place and Oak Leaf Way in Granite Bay.
